What to tell us so we can quote properly

A quote is only as good as what it is based on. If you can give us these five things, you will get a real number rather than a range:

• Origin and destination — the city is enough to start
• What the goods are, in plain words
• Weight and dimensions, packed — not the product's own measurements
• The Incoterm, if you have already agreed one with the supplier
• When you need it to arrive

What happens next

An executive reads your message — not a queue, a person — and comes back within 24 working hours with a quote itemised into origin charges, freight, destination charges and customs, in CLP and USD, with the validity date on it.

If something in your request does not add up, they will tell you that too. It is cheaper for both of us than a quote that quietly leaves something out.
