Imports rarely arrive the week you need them. A container lands, the free days at the port run out, and storage there is the most expensive square metre in the chain. Moving the cargo to a warehouse the day it clears is usually the cheapest decision in the whole operation.

How it is priced
Storage is charged per pallet position or per square metre, per month, with handling in and out quoted separately. For cargo that moves regularly, a monthly rate with a volume commitment usually comes out well below the ad-hoc price.

Can you receive my cargo straight from the port?
Yes, and it is usually the cheapest thing to do. Port storage is the most expensive in the chain, so we collect the container as soon as it clears customs and bring it to the warehouse.
