The portal is the answer to that. It does not make the freight cheaper; it makes the service checkable.
What it shows you
- The vessel's real satellite position, refreshed every few minutes, on a map
- Every milestone with its date: origin, departure, transhipment, arrival, customs, delivery
- Your documents — B/L, AWB, invoices, certificates — downloadable from one screen
- Invoices and payments, in CLP or USD, by card or electronic invoice
- An AI copilot that answers questions using the real data from your shipment

Alerts, so you do not have to check
The portal sends automatic WhatsApp and email alerts at each milestone, and specifically 48 hours before arrival so you can arrange collection before demurrage starts.
Most clients end up opening the portal less, not more, which is the right outcome.
